October bring fresh events and news not only for Drupal developers (the geeky ones), but for people not related to coding that are interested in Drupal. One important event happening in October is Drupal Business Summit - oriented on businesses that would like to work with Drupal but don't really have a technical background to fully understand what can it offer.

The Next Drupal Summit will be happening on October 26th, 2012 in Atlanta USA, right before DrupalCamp Atlanta. These two events will be hosted at the same venue, except the DrupalCamp Alberta is not free of charge (interested people will have to pay $35 for a ticket). Now moving down South, another promising DrupalCamp will be in Spain this October. The Drupal Spanish speaking community will be able to attend a marvelous geeky event for two days in Madrid - not only a beautiful city but a great gathering spot for Drupal lovers. They named it " El Mayor Drupal Event de España" meaning the Greatest Drupal Event in Spain. Hurry up to register for the event if you will be in Spain at that time - it will be a great way to interact with other Drupal developers or enthusiasts.

DrupalHagen will be begin on Friday 26 and will be held in the capital of Denmark- Copenhagen. Their slogan is: "It doesn't matter if you don't know the difference between Tpls And Modules, already code for Drupal or just wonder what Drupal's strengths are-- we have something for You!" These guys are definitely fun and if you have the chance to be there, you should definitely attend! The main target of this camp is to talk about Drupal 7 Deployment, Drupal 8 and what to expect from it and of course getting to know and mingle your fellow Drupalgeeks.
